This guy, Jon, is doing a super cool thing. Young, excited, courageous and smart...he is using social media the right way.
His gig:: He is starting a high end car detailing business....next year. He is still in the business development and planning stages. But he has created social networks to gather opinion and advice on his startup. Products, pricing, logo input, etc. And he wants to talk to any and everyone who is willing to help.
Basic, BRILLANT takeaway :: He is creating loyalty before he even has a company.
